Well, I flung myself off the wagon Friday, and I just finally have almost pulled myself back on today….  Sunday was definitely the worst of the 3 days, and I had to really fight the urge to purge all that I had eaten – but at least I did win that battle because I did NOT purge…  But I felt so horrible and my stomach was so distended, that I couldn’t even sleep last night.

I did better today.


Started out crappy with the !$*&#$^*? scale.  Now granted I haven’t been working out like I know I need to, but by god my diet has improve 1000000% and what do I have to show for it???

In 2 damn weeks I only lost .4 pounds….  THAT’S RIGHT!  .4 pounds!  Not even a full 1/2 pound!


Good lord the cravings were bad for pizza and sweets – cookies specifically…  But I did NOT give in!  Granted the day isn’t over, and the dangerous time of the evening is still to come, but I am DETERMINED to not give in to the damn cravings….  I know if I do no matter how good it tastes, it will make me feel like crap.

I’m just going to have to keep myself really distracted tonight to keep from slipping into old habits and ordering pizza…  I think perhaps I’ll work on something from my 101 in 1001 list – there are some boxes begging to be unpacked.  And I can pull together some things to go to Goodwill…

And I’m VERY hungry – actual hunger, not cravings hunger… must go eat now…

For whatever reason I slipped into some bad habits…No – nothing involving fast food, pizza, or diet soda.  I sat around eating junk all day.

My allergies were HORRIBLE today & I was out of Alavert – so I had to run to the store to pick some up.  Unfortunately I also picked up some tapioca pudding and 3 donuts….Ate it all….felt like crap…Enjoyed the tapico, but the donuts seemed greasy.

Not going to let this derail me – but I am <MOTHERLY TONE> very disappointed </MOTHERLY TONE> in myself…


FINALLY got the system problem resolved at about 23:30 last night.  THANK GOD!  Had to do a small amount of work this morning- but I actually got to enjoy my day!

To celebrate, I finally ordered myself an “Entertainment Center” (okay, it’s really a long, low dresser) from Room & Board.  Check it out:



McDonald’s AGAIN for breakfast this morning!  I sense a bad habit re-developing…

For lunch?  Well, I had Bangers and Mash at an “Irish Bistro”…not healthy – but VERY yummy, the portion was reasonable and I enjoyed every bite – tho it was a tad salty.  For dinner I had the leftovers from last night’s dinner – just as good on day 2.  I didn’t get my 15 minutes on the MagneTrainer in yesterday – work just took longer than I expected, and it was after 10pm before I was finally finished.  So I’ll do it tonight, and I should still be on track for my goal this month.
